This to me seems like a really good policy.
HOME 2 SUITES SMITHFIELD RI HOW TO
But when you were limiting the number of people that can access the pool each hour, wouldn’t it make sense to then extend the pool hours so more guests can enjoy the amenities? Our previous day was spent at a Marriott property which addressed Covid and the questions as to how to handle the pool hours by extending them, not diminishing them. This seems completely counterintuitive, since they are rightfully limiting the number of guests in the pool at a time, by implementing a reservation system. We arrived to see that the pool hours, instead of being extended, were cut down. But, there is no excuse for using Covid to shut down the experiences of guests outside of their rooms. We ended up with a very, very nice suite that seem to be recently updated and we enjoyed our room very much. While we were disappointed in our stay here, the issues we had lie completely with management, and not with the room we were given. Next time we'll go back to the Hampton which is right across the street.… I just don't see this as what i expect from any Hilton chain. I also had the feeling i was bothering the staff when we asked a question. In the lobby men's room, the stall wouldn't close properly, tiles didn't look like they were caulked right and there were no paper towels. it was odd that the floor in the hallways creaked. The breakfast consisted of a box with a small yogurt and teeny bagel and two hard-boiled eggs that had a label on them saying it had been packed 4 day before! The whole place had the feel of either poor workmanship or that they had rushed the finish. They also ran out of coffee at the the 'complimentary, breakfast by 8 AM. We asked for an extra pillow and were told the ran out.huh? I heard another guest asking for an extra towel and they told them that they had no extra.

The room was wonderful with a nice layout and a stall shower with doors, not a curtain! Love it! That's about all the best news. As we checked in, the clerk was basically going through the motions and kept trying to encourage me to sign in through the app i told him i didn't want to but he kept pushing me. We decided to give this hotel a chance because i like Hilton and it is almost brand new.
